Hotel Chateau de Gilly, a former residence of the abbots of Citeaux, is located in the heart of the Grand Crus (best wine-growing locations) of Burgundy, between Dijon and Beaune.
The castle features 48 fully restored nonsmoking rooms, well equipped with TV, desk, phone, internet access and huge, comfortable beds. Most of them are facing the beautiful garden and will make your stay even more enjoyable.
Our gastronomic restaurants, situated in a magnificent stone cellar from the 15th century, will allow you to taste our refined cuisine as well as a wine from our 15000 bottle wine cellar (one for Dinner and one for Lunch). Thus, you can enjoy great quality, simple cuisine and taste excellent wines while taking your meal.
