Gasten met bijzondere wensen zijn welkom: Het hotel biedt kamers voor gehandicapten en een wasservice. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan. Bij de receptie staat een kluis tot uw beschikking om waardevolle spullen in op te bergen.. U kunt uw auto gratis neerzetten op het parkeerterrein van het hotel. Als u iets wilt hebben, belt u gewoon de vriendelijke roomservice.
De kamers hebben klimaatbeheersing en beschikken over een minibar en een haardroger. De kamers zijn natuurlijk voorzien van televisie en telefoon. Natuurlijk biedt het hotel kamers voor niet-rokers aan (dit bij de online-boeking als wens aangeven).
