The Catalonia Las Vegas hotel could not be better situated: directly at the sea, in front of the Martiánez Lakes and with views of Teide mountain. Furthermore, it is located in the very centre of the city of Puerto de la Cruz. You will find a taxi stand right opposite the hotel, and the bus stop is just a 10-minute walk with buses to any corner of the island.
The hotel was renovated in 2000 and has 261 rooms on its 13 floors. All the rooms have piped-in music, colour and satellite TV, Canal +, direct dial telephone, a safe deposit box and a complete marble bathroom with a hair dryer.
The Catalonia Las Vegas hotel has a complete infrastructure: heated swimming pool, children's swimming pool, green bowling, recreative and video game room, children's playground, miniature golf, table tennis, pool, pétanque, sauna, beauty salon, two hairdressers, shops, coffee bar, pool bar, live show in the bar, cosy Canary-Island-style garden, breakfast restaurant with bread and pastry oven and show cooking during dinner, etc. In addition, the hotel has 2 rooms that can hold any kind of conventions of up to 150 people.
The published rates for stays on the 25th and 31st December 2009 include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on those evenings.
