The day of our arrival we were called by the hotel to check our reservation, they also explained to us how we should get there on the phone wich was very helpfull. They probably made a mistake and altough we reserved a normal 2p room we got a luxeruouse appartement room for the same price. Personnel was friendly and the breakfeast was also great. I was very happy with this hotel and would reccomend it to everybody that is visiting Mulhouse!
