Gasten met bijzondere wensen zijn welkom: Het hotel biedt kamers voor gehandicapten en een wasservice. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan. Mensen die met een auto reizen kunnen de parkeerplaatsen van het hotel gebruiken. Als u iets wilt hebben, belt u gewoon de vriendelijke roomservice.
De kamers hebben klimaatbeheersing en beschikken over een minibar en een haardroger. De kamers zijn natuurlijk voorzien van televisie en telefoon. Pay-tv is aanwezig.
