Gasten met bijzondere wensen zijn welkom: Het hotel biedt kamers voor gehandicapten en een wasservice. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan. Bij de receptie, die 24 uur per dag bezet is, kunt u uw waardevolle spullen in bewaring geven in de hotelkluis. Mensen die met een auto reizen kunnen de parkeerplaatsen van het hotel gebruiken. Als u iets wilt hebben, belt u gewoon de vriendelijke roomservice.
In alle kamers wordt u de mogelijkheid geboden zelf koffie en thee te zetten. Verder kunt u gebruik maken van de minibar en de haardroger in de badkamer. Desgewenst ontvangt u een gratis dagblad op uw kamer. Uw kamer beschikt natuurlijk over televisie (met kabelaansluiting). Natuurlijk biedt het hotel kamers voor niet-rokers aan (dit bij de online-boeking als wens aangeven).
