De 390 kamers van het hotel beschikken over klimaatbeheersing en natuurlijk ook over kabeltelevisie, telefoon en een minibar.
Het vriendelijke team aan de receptie is 24 uur per dag voor u beschikbaar, biedt secretariaatsservices, een wekdienst en neemt waardevolle spullen voor u in bewaring in de hotelkluis. U kunt direct in het hotel een auto huren - en deze tijdens uw verblijf op één van de parkeerplaatsen van het hotel parkeren. De roomservice staat graag voor al uw wensen tot uw beschikking.
Eveneens op elke kamer: afsluitvak en waterkoker (voor koffie en thee). Met de televisie kunt u pay-tv ontvangen. Uw kamer biedt toegang tot het Internet. U kunt 's avonds op uw eigen balkon genieten - geef voor aankomst aan of u een kamer met een balkon wenst. Er is een haardroger op uw kamer aanwezig. De krant krijgt u voor niets.

Designed by the charismatic architect Melvin Villarroel, the Hotel shows an Arabic influence construction based on natural materials: Canary Pine, stone and quicklime.

Golf: Our slogan "Everything in one stroke" means all our golf service. Jardin Tropical was the Official Hotel for the Spanish Golf Open in 2003. It is member of the main international Golf organizations: PGA Europe, Relais du Golf and IAGTO. It also co-operates with "Tenerife Golf" organization. The Golf department handles the bookings for all golf courses of Tenerife, offers reduced green fees, club and shoe cleaning service, Canal+ Golf in all rooms, among other services.
