The Hotel Villa di Piazzano is a 15th Century residence set in the lovely Cortona countryside, nestled between Umbria and Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by 4 acres of parkland with a wonderful Italian garden, alleys with cypresses and poplars and a swimming pool which is almost 50 foot.
All 18 rooms are individually decorated in green, orange and golden tones with antique furniture, cupboards, canopy beds and high quality fabrics such as brocade. The rooms feature interiors which are stylish and yet, at the same time, equipped with all modern conveniences including air conditioning.
Our hotel is an ideal base for a range of tourist and sporting activities. Art lovers may visit the most beautiful towns and cities in Tuscany and Umbria: Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi. Those who enjoy long walks can take advantage of the many walking trails of the Italian Alpine Club (the CAI) giving access to picturesque towns and villages in beautiful countryside.
