Das Triest Hotel is a member of Design Hotels Sir Terence Conran wrote design history in 1996 in Vienna with the hotel DAS TRIEST - In the meantime the structure on the Wiedner Hauptstrasse has become Conrans Austrian work-in-progress - The conference-banqueting rooms and two of the suites underwent a gentle refurbishing in 2004 and in 2005 Sir Terence completely redid the hotels spacious living room and also its gourmet restaurant -the COLLIO - In 2008 there was a re-design of all junior suites to continue the British Designers work.
