The rooms are very nice, ours was even outstanding. Excellent breakfast and a very good restaurant, not particularly overexpensive. Excellent position both for the Castle and the Old Town, even if a little difficult to reach by car - get a good map of greater Prag or you might find yourself in trouble.
I have to say that the room floor was not well swept when we came in and also the second day it stayed like that. However the bathroom was ok.
The staff was a mix: either very friendly or rather "cold"; but however professional.
Garage was way too expensive (25 Euros per day), but unfortunately in the area I didn't see any alternatives. Moreover, once you have given the car over, it is impossible to get access to it unless you ask the concierge to bring it over. On this matter, if you ask for your car between 8 pm and 7 am there is a surcharge of about 12 Euros! so watch out!
