Thorsten Probost is always looking at harmony between excellent ingredients, seasoning and herbs. His cooking is purist and honest with herbs always playing first fiddle. A new universe of flavors Thorsten Probost composes his creative meals from about 80 different herbs. According to the chefs creed herbs support the products used and are never obtrusive. He knows where to add Japanese water pepper, fruity-sweet stevia or greenpepper basil.
