Dining: A dinner at IL POZZETTO restaurant in Hotel Hermitage ........ in the charming atmosphere of an elegant private environment, where you can taste typical regional food (to discover and relish the taste of Tuscan food) and the most refined international and Mediterranean dishes. The restaurant room is large and equipped with air conditioning. Breakfast is extremely rich and served as a buffet. 'BAMBAISSA' RESTAURANT In Summer, guests who want to enjoy the sea all day long, are served a buffet lunch in the Augustus Beach garden. TYPICAL MENUS Food is inspired by the most genuine tradition, delicious examples of chef Giuseppe Giorginis talent. Recreation: The swimming pool is in the luxuriant park near the American Bar and the childrens playground.
