The hotel, which is just outside the picturesque Fortress Bourtange, is a good place to stay at for a weekend break, but also for longer holidays. You could for example visit the fortress, go for a walk in one of the nearby forests or take the car for a drive across the German border to visit the town Heede which has a beautiful clean beach. And there are endless possibilities for making nice cycling tours in the region.
