The 2 star Fattoria San Lorenzo stretches across 450 hectares along the sides of Via Aurelia Antica neighbouring the Parco dell Uccellina a famous natural reserve. It is situated between the town of Grosseto and the seaside resort of Principina a Mare. Three farmhouses are immersed in the sunny countryside of which Tenuta Livia is one. Fattoria San Lorenzo-Tenuta Livia offers various kinds of entertainment including swimming pool; excursion in a boat and horse rides in the splendid green countryside. The farmhouses come back to life encircled by gardens and fields of sunflowers. Old brick walls once the houses of salaried farmhands employed in cultivating the surrounding lands are the apartments of today waiting for you to breathe your special life into them. The apartments are furnished with typical Tuscan style cotto flooring and wooden beams and are equipped with all the modern conveniences such as air conditioning and heating; direct dial phone; satellite TV and WiFi connection. Outdoor parking is available on site free of charge. Additional Information; Check-in is possible between 10am and 6pm. Children age 10 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult. From Pisa Airport follow the green signs for Livorno and the A12 motorway in the direction of Grosseto-Roma. At the end of the motorway join the SS following signs for Grosseto. Exit Grosseto Sud and after approximately 4 km you will arrive in Grosseto. Follow the signs for Ippodromo-racecourse and continue under the bridge and turn left following the street. At the roundabout continue following the signs for Ippodromo-Principina A Mare.
