For three generations owned and managed by the Biasca-Caroni family Hotel Ascona stands on the hillside of Monte Verita overlooking Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. The newly renovated rooms equipped to complete comfort; the subtropical garden; the heated swimming pool and wellness treatments and the delicious dishes proposed in the two restaurants makes Hotel Ascona the ideal Hotel for a holiday in any season. Between 03.01.09 - 01.03.09 no breakfast or halfboard included. Restaurant and Bar closed. Additional Information; Children age 3 and under stay free in the room. Children age 4-10 pay 40 CHF per night. Children over this age will be considered an adult. Driving out of Milano Malpensa airport turn onto the motorway Milano-Varese. Follow the signs for Como-Swizzera. When approaching Como follow the signs for Chiasso, then Lugano. Pass Lugano and continue towards Bellinzona. After the Belllinzona tunnel turn for Locarno. After leaving the Locarno tunnel follow signs for Ascona. Once in Ascona turn right after the UBS bank, opposite the old post. The road climbs up Monte Verita. After the 3rd curve you can see the hotel sign on your right hand side. |
