The hotel Principe di Fitalia is an accurate renovation of an ancient country villa built in the 19th century.

It is located amid a wonderful countryside and next to the sea of Terrauzza (wildlife reserve) and not far from the Arenella beach.

At less than 10 Km from the motorway junction and from the Auchan shopping centre. At only 6 Km from Ortigia (Syracuse old city centre) where you will enjoy following the historical itinerary you prefer... the archaeological path, the medieval path and so on.

There are 21 rooms available (17 double, 2 single, 1 suite, 1 junior suite) into the hotel. All the rooms, carefully furnished, are the ideal place to have a rest and to plan your leisure or your working day. Using the web is at the hotel guest disposal as well.

The ground floor rooms have a comfortable furnished open space where you will appreciate the sounds and the tepidness of the Sicilian days. All rooms are provided with bathroom, shower, hair-dryer, air conditioner, satellite television set, fridge-bar and safe. Kettle, iron and baby’s bottle heater are provided on request.

The suite is also provided with hydro massage bath and with private balcony, where, on request, you will have room breakfast and meals.
