The Hotel Umberto Primo was created on 1982 inside a wool company, symbol of the city of Seregno, run with passion and professional attitude, by family Cascella. Refurbished in 1996, it is today equipped of 52 wide and comfortable rooms, with air-conditioned, satellite TV, sky channel, minibar, safety box and direct dial telephone. All rooms face the inner court and are a guarantee of tranquility, disabled rooms are available on the ground floor. Wireless DSL system is available everywhere in the property (rooms, hall, breakfast room and meeting rooms). An underground private garage is accessible for the hotels clients, it is equipped of an integrated circuit with a capacity of 30 cars. The small congress centre with its 4 meeting rooms is totally equipped for corporate meetings or training courses up from 10 to 65 delegate.
