The Hotel Granduca is only a few minutes away by car from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The spacious hotel building offers its guests a relaxing stay in the heart of San Giuliano Terme.

In summer all of our 170 rooms are air conditioned. They provide shower or tub, hair dryer, phone, mini-bar, soundproof windows, satellite TV, radio and safe. You may also leave your valuables in our safe at the reception desk. Rooms with a balcony are only bookable when available. The entire hotel is suitable for disabled guests and offers 8 rooms with bathrooms equipped for wheelchairs.

Close to the hotel you will find an indoor pool, tennis courts and a keep-fit trail. Extensive parking facilities with video control are free of charge for our guests. Furthermore the hotel has a wellness centre where you can spend relaxing moments.

Our restaurant, with 250 seats, serves you typical and delicious Tuscan specialties. It is the ideal meeting point during a congress or during a relaxing vacation in our thermal spa right in the centre of Tuscan art and culture.
