Welcome to Hotel Xenia. Sellin has been a spa resort for more than 100 years now. The lovely guest houses and villas, dating back to the era of the German Emperor William II, are still the main features of this spa resort.
The village is protected against Northern and Eastern winds and enjoys a favourable location in the middle of extensive beech woods right between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden coastal waters. This region surprises with its clean air.
Our house is 100 m away from the main beach of Sellin. It features spacious and bright rooms which are equipped with shower, WC, TV, radio and mostly with mini-bar. Most of the rooms are suitable for families with children.
