As its name suggests, the Manor House Hotel was formerly a 16th century Manor House. With considerable care the original building has been extended and its characterful features have been masterfully blended with sumptuous decor and antique furnishings to evoke a traditional country house atmosphere. The hotel also retains some rather unusual features including a priest's hole and mysterious secret passages. The same level of care and attention has been lavished on the individuallly designed bedrooms and for those special occasions the hotel has a number of feature bedrooms - including four poster rooms - to offer. Guests are assured a warm welcome at the Manor House, a hotel renowned for its first-rate hospitality and friendly staff. In the winter months log fires in the bar and lounges add to this homely feel and in the warmer months the pretty, well tended gardens really come into their own. The award-winning hotel restaurant offers guests superb fine dining, its imaginative menu based around traditional English cuisine. And if you feel the need to work off any overindulgence you'll discover a wealth of stunning countryside walks, beautfiul gardens, castles and stately homes to be explored throughout the region. |

From the North - take Junction 15 of the M40 and the A429 south to Cirencester. From the South - take Junction 9 off the M5 and follow the A46 to Evesham and the A44 Oxford Road to Moreton-in-Marsh. Turn right down the A429 and the hotel is 500 yards on the left hand side. From London - take Junction 8 off the M40 onto the A40 towards Oxford. Turn onto the A44 signposted Evesham, directly onto Moreton-in-Marsh. Turn left at the mini roundabout and the hotels is 700 yards on the left. Parking: Ample free parking on-site |
