Les clients aux souhaits particuliers sont les bienvenus : l'hôtel propose des chambres adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi qu'une blanchisserie. Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés. Les voyageurs arrivant en voiture peuvent utiliser les places de parking de l'hôtel.
