Hotel globalement très agréable.
le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations.
Il est très surprenant qu'un hotel 4 étoiles à Londres ne propose qu'un seul type de thé et que celui-ci (en sachet) soit déjà infusé au service.
Le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul grille-pain et sa disposition génère à certaines heures un encombrement dans l'ensemble de la table centrale et gâche de ce fait en partie le plaisir du petit déjeuner;
la qualité du pain est médiocre et cela ne tient pas seulement au fait que cet hotel se trouve en Angleterre (on trouve facilement du très bon pain dans de nombreuses boulangeries de Londres)
