All double rooms provide a private balcony with direct view of the lake as well as bathtub or shower and TV with integrated radio with national and international programmes. The single rooms are allocated at the back of the building.
Our hotel offers a friendly ambience, a superb cuisine and great value for money. The hotel and restaurant are open throughout the entire year except for some days around Christmas and New Year. Our restaurant is closed on Mondays. Selected wines harmonise with carefully selected fares. The professional fishermen of Lake Brienz supply us with fresh-caught fish every day. The meat originates from the region of Jungfrau mountain.
The famous Giessbach beck waterfalls, Brienzer Rothorn mountain and the Beatus caves are only some of the sights in the immediate surroundings. The mild climate and the clean mountain air invite you to linger and the calm area is ideal for a longer stay. In winter, it is the perfect starting point to get to the various ski resorts in the region. You will reach Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Wengen or Hasliberg ski resort within a short time.
