Leave Airport and at roundabout take 2nd exit (signed Barry/M4) onto the A4226. At 2nd roundabout, take 1ast Exit (A4050) and follow this road across the next two roundabouts. At Culverhouse Cross, take 3rd exit onto A48 (Signed Cardiff West). Follow this road into town until you have Cardiff Castle on your left. Follow the road round to the left, keeping the Castle on your left, and turn right into Boulevard de Nantes. Take first right into Kingsway, left into Greyfriars Road. From Bristol Airport join the A38 and follow signs for Bristol City Centre (and M4/M5). Drive through the centre, staying on the A38, and follow signs, where directed onto the M5 (under Clifton Suspension Bridge and follow road). Join the M5 and head North to join the M4 (signed Cardiff/South Wales).From the M4, take Junction 29 (signed Cardiff E&S) and join A48(M). After approx 3 miles, branch left (signposted Cardiff Docks & E) and take 1st exit at roundabout (A4161). Newport Road will take you straight into City Centre. Join M4 Westbound (signed Bristol, the South West, South Wales). Follow the M4 West over the Severn Bridge into Wales. From the M4, take Junction 29 (signed Cardiff E&S) and join A48(M).
