Follow Main one mile to the Best Western Plaza Hotel and Suites Medical Center will be on the right. ·From: South Follow Interstate 45 North to the south loop of Interstate 610. Go west on the south loop of Interstate 610. Follow Interstate 610 to Main street exit. Go right on Main Street. Follow Main Street two miles until you pass Holcombe. The Best Western Plaza Hotel and Suites at Medical Center will be on the left side just past Holcombe. ·From: East Follow Interstate 10 to the east loop of Interstate 610. Take Interstate 610 South. Follow Interstate 610 South until you have to go west. Follow Interstate 610 West to the Main Street exit. Exit Main and turn right on Main. Follow Main two miles until you pass Holcombe.
