En la sauna del hotel con baño turco y solárium se encontrará muy a gusto. Utilice durante su tiempo libre a su gusto la piscina o el gimnasio.
De las delicias de todo tipo se ocupa el restaurante del hotel, el bar le espera con bebidas frescas. |

Hotel Schwarz-Alm we have done to ourselves the ancient knowledge of the energy river use. Enjoy the positive energy in and all around the hotel. The forest quarter is in the most true sense of the word a ' land rich in stone '. Besides, it concerns decomposition leftovers of outworn gneisses and granite, so-called 'Restlinge' which often accepted unconventional forms. Either only the point of a gigantic block rises from the ground, like the 'devil bread body', or the stone lies in the balance on a base, as for example the 'Frenchs stone'. Is also to be mentioned that the forest quarter is the area richest in high-level moors of Austria which are typically for this region. Bigger moors are diminished commercially, often drained smaller and used for the agricultural use. There have originated the Waldviertler high-level moors from a Verlandung mostly of sour quiet waters poor in nutrient or from Versumpfung possibly along from divides. With Eggern the Central European main divide runs between the North Sea and the Black Sea. In Grossschoenau with Gmuend a stone reminds of this divide, this runs supposedly through the middle of an inn in the main square. Anyway the forest quarter is an exciting region which has to tell a lot. Find rest and relaxation in our generous undeveloped outskirt area. I might collect a lot of experience as an Ayurveda cook and Energetiker on the subject Food and Energy. On the one hand by the practical application and, on the other hand, by the knowledge which I might experience by remedial practical people, healers and comprehensive food experts. Now, hence, I know that there is also another perception of food. We need not only steady food to have at disposal enough energy for the everyday life. Our whole sphere has an effect on us, but we ourselves contribute the biggest interest how we feel. Annoyance, stress, envy, hatred, fury, self-pity, jealousy are the big energy robbers of our time who allow to become hungry to us and which we must fill in now by specific physical food. If we do not do this, the body reacts exclusively with desire for sweet or other hunger attacks which allow to fill in only our fat upholsterers to us, the energy lack, however, cannot compensate. At short notice ideally should be compensated, to the bridging structure of the energy lack, with natural means, as for example glucose, fructose or honey. But these o.a. emotional problems should be solved then, but they collect, more and more and more. As the first step everybody should make itself deliberate that all events of our life originate from our thinking and action. It is an irrefutable law of the universe: Everything what we, consciously or unconsciously, send out comes back to us. |

By train one can get there using the Vienna Franz-Josefs-Station - change in Schwarzenau Lower Austria Zwettl line. However, maybe most convenient is getting there by car, not only from inside Austria, but also from the neighboring countries. |
