The Hotel Mediterraneo is located in Sant'Agnello di Sorrento on the Sorrento Peninsula, by the steep tuff stone coastline which slopes down to the sea. The hotel is located 50 km from Naples, 25 km from the archaeological excavations of Herkulaneum and Pompeji, 13 km from Positano, 30 km from Amalfi and only 15 minutes by boat from Capri.
The hotel was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The rooms are beautifully and freshly furnished, and are designed in the typical colours of coastal ceramics. The 70 single, double, Twin and triple rooms offer air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge with mini-bar, safe and en suite bathroom with hair-dryer. Superior category rooms include a Jacuzzi.
The restaurant, located on the 5th floor, offers a wonderful view of the Sorrento golf course. Start the day with a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Typical Italian dishes and international cuisine are served in the evening.
