In the midst of vineyards close to the floodplain of the Piave River, on the very spot where a typical Trevisan farmhouse once stood, the Hotel Ristorante Al Ronchetto accommodation facilities comprising hotel, restaurant, conference hall and wine cellar, are ready to welcome you to the greenery and water features of their gardens.

Located in Salgareda (Treviso), just a few minutes away from the river and close to Goffredo Parise’s “House of Fairies”, the structure harmoniously blends in with the characteristic landscape of the Treviso area.

The hotel offers 21 rooms, including double rooms, single rooms with French bed and double rooms with four-poster bed. Furnished with great attention to detail, the rooms ensure our guests are provided with all comforts. All the rooms have exposed beam ceilings and are fitted out with wood furniture; the fabrics used are all natural.

Spread over 2 storeys, the restaurant has been created in what were once the stables, the “barn” and the hayloft. Its welcoming spaces full of character, in which the presence of wood predominates, transmit a reassuring sensation of warmth, creating the ideal atmosphere for romantic dinners, birthdays and anniversaries or business lunches. Our chefs pay great attention to the use of fresh products. Meat, fish and vegetables are chosen according to the season, in line with a continued respect for the flavours and aromas of the great Veneto culinary tradition.

As well as the grill, an enormous wood fireplace also houses a spit capable of serving up to 500 portions or a number of whole beef shoulders. An ancient and refined cooking technique has thus been brought back, which is unequalled in enhancing the flavour of meats. Wines are selected exclusively from amongst the best local and national production.
