Diez días después de haber abandonado el hotel y pagado la habitación, tenía retenido la cantidad total en mi cuenta corriente, me ha costado numerosas llamadas (Visa, centro de reserva y hotel) poder disponer del dinero. El hotel no había dado la orden a Visa de la devolución){kind=link}
