Staff were friendly and room was clean and tidy. Close location to train station for travel into the city centre.

Rooms that face the road get the full noise of the Reeperbahn until late especially at weekends. Room got hot during the night but opening a window was out of the question. Never found the air conditioning in the room?

Very friendly and helpful staff. :-) Great geographical position (exactly at station "Reeperbahn"). Functional and clean room.

It was very hot when we stayed there and we had to open the window at night. So it was noisy at night because our room was situated to the mainstreet (sirens, cars). But the hotel has also quiet rooms to the small courtyard.
