Guest evaluation of WRH Hotel Termini
guest rating: (9,4 of 10) |
| private travelling as a couple, 31-40 years; travel season:October 2009 |
This hotel was exactly what I expected and just like everyone said. It was very clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They made our experience of exploring the city easier. If you wanted to see kind of who people in Rome live, this is an ideal place for you. They have free internet in the room. The water pressure was great and there were no issues with hot water. (That was not the case in all my European travels.) This is not a Marriott or Hilton so if if that is what you are looking for than this is not the place. If you are traveling the city most of the day and you want a place to relax and sleep, than this a perfect little hotel.

The rooms were on the small side but nothing that is unexpected for Europe. The food was okay. The espresso was good. It was free and it held you over until lunch. Or if you went out to breakfast, it was easy to take with you as a snack. |

The location is great, it is a five minute walk from Termini. The staff were nice and helpful. The room had a desk top computer with internet, which made communicating with friends and family great. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this is not it. It is great if you need a place to wash up, sleep and shower. Inexpensive snack and drink machine (not very cold though). I had a good sized room (living room, bedroom, and washroom). There is a common kitchenette available.

There is no breakfast offered at this hotel (don't expect it). I had been given the impression that there was, but it wasn't an issue for me. The hotel does offer coffee and miscellaneous snacks with the room. |
