 the room is too small, and the staff there are not very friendly. The location of hotel is too far away from the S-Bahn station or bus station. No resturant for supper. |

I enjoyed my stay. It is also a nice walk to get to the nearest U Bahn. They let us park our car a day before we commenced our stay - which was very convenient for us. Thank you for that !

| Public transport is excellent from the hotel location. Berlin is bigger than I expected - but travelling to the Centre of Berlin by taxi from the hotel is not so expensive. |

The hotel is clean and the personal is really very freindly

| Everything was great, except that our room stank very strongly of smoke. I had requested a non-smoking room and was disappointed that we got a smoking room. When I asked at the front desk, no non-smoking rooms were available. I would not have booked at this hotel if I had known we would have a smoking room. |

| Hostels have instructions like: exit Heidelbergerstrasse S41 station, cross the bridge, go left, pass three blocks, hotel is on the right side.
Or a map could be an option. The one on the breafast card would be perfect. Without that I could not find what are the names of S-Bahn or U-Bahn stations although the street map can be found on numerous sites starting from Google Earth. I had to call the central desk, get the phone of hotel and then call the hotel for instructions - all in English and close to midnight. You can imagine how much help I could get on the way:-)
As for everything else, it's perfect. Please don't add more facilities inside the room. The only thing that I think might be convenient is to include the price of capuccino into the price of breakfast. For me it's not a problem to pay 12 or even 15 euros per breakfast as long as I don't have to bring a wallet to the dining room each morning. |
