The attractive Weserlounge Hotel Garni is located in the Lower Saxony town of Hessisch Oldendorf, near to the well-known Pied Piper town of Hamelin. The romantic location, directly on the banks of the River Weser, is a great place to relax for holidaymakers as well as for business travellers. The only thing between the property and the river is the popular Weser cycle path.
The newly refurbished hotel offers you a total of 10 comfortably furnished, generously cut guest rooms. The rooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone and work area with desk. When the weather is good, the terrace, with its direct access to the Weser, is a great place to relax and recreate.
In addition to the Weser cycle path, which by the way was voted Germany’s most popular cycle path in 2007, other sports are available, such as canoe tours or hiking. The hotel is also the ideal base for day trips to Hamelin, which lies approximately 17 km away, the lovely Old Town of Rinteln or the town of Bückeburg, which is a former royal seat. The provincial capital, Hanover and its exhibition grounds are reached in about 45 minutes via the A2 motorway.
