Hotel description Welcome Inn

You will find the carefully renovated and comfortable middle-class hotel Welcome Inn in a central location, just a few minutes from the railway station of Kloten. Our multilingual receptionists will do their utmost to meet your requirements and make you feel at home.

Each of our 97 rooms (1 to 4 beds and some of the rooms have connection doors) has contemporary furnishings and provides a shower, separate toilet, hair dryer, make-up mirror, cable TV, direct dial telephone, free wifi in the room, safe and mini bar. We also offer non-smoker rooms as well as a conference room for up to 12 people.

You can enjoy an appetizer at the Tubeschlag bar or exquisite specialties as well as light dishes in our comfortable Steakroom. We also offer traditional Swiss specialties like meat cut into thin slices with hash browns (called Züricher Geschnetzeltes) as well as tender grilled specialties with seasonal delicacies.

We recommend our cosy Amtsstube tavern for special events with up to 42 people. We shall be pleased to send you proposals for your menu.

The visitor´s tax per person and per day is calculated separately. CHF 2.50 per person per day

 The shuttle bus takes the guests to and from the airport free of charge. (05.00-23.30)

Guests of hotel.de will benefit from the free entrance to the nearby indoor and outdoor swimming pool in Kloten. Tickets are available at the reception.

Reception staffs were very friendly and have high hospitality mind for international guest so even its first time, every guest could feel comfortable and welcome.
 
However, there were one guy who is not friendly in reception and I had to wait for telephone call for more than 5 mins to get an answer.

Pick up and check in functioned very well. The lady at check in was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there and the hotel is very handy to the airport.

Our stay at Welcome Inn in Kloten was a very positive surprise. Starting with the punctual complimentary half-hourly shuttle bus service to/from the airport, over the very friendly and helpful staff, the complimentary wireless internet access to the clean, comfortable rooms with negligible noise everything earned top marks. We had even forgotten our mobile phone in the room and the staff contacted the most recent phone contact in the list to inquire how to best return the phone to us. Keep up the great job you are doing! Thanks from Australia

Vicinity very close to Zurich Flughafen. Provided transport to and from the airport every 20-30 minutes. Staffs are very helpful and kind. No language problem. Good info regarding Zurich and sorrounding area.
 
Bathroom ceiling leak on the last night. I stayed for 8 nights.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent direction into town and the shuttle service worked very well. The location was nice . the train was easy to take . Having a Migros and small local bakery nearby was wonderful. Again the staff was friendly and eneregetic!
 
The hotel was painting the room next to ours and the fumes were very bad. After a bit of convincing I was able to change rooms. Yet initially the front desk said there were no rooms. Price was very expensive.
