Even without the special rate, this was a wonderful hotel. It was close to the Metro as well as to activities and food. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.

The only problem I had was minor. The internet blocked a few random websites, and did not allow a few programs to connect.

The staff was very nice, and all spoke English. I especially appreciated a male, staff member who allowed me to use the Internet in order to obtain telephone numbers needed to cancel credit cards that had been stolen on the subway.

This hotel should NOT have a 4-star rating!! The photos on the website were very deciving. The rooms were VERY small, and not climate controlled. Wallpaper in the room was damaged in many places. The bedspread was very worn, and appeared to be dirty. We felt that we were ripped off for paying 110.00 Euros per night for this room.
