The Villa Il Poggiale-Dimora Storica is considered one of the historic manor houses and is located in the heart of the Chianti area, only a few kilometres away from Florence. The hotel has been entirely restored by its owners with the aim of offering guests sophisticated hospitality and informal atmosphere at affordable prices.
Our villa provides spacious rooms offering plenty of daylight. The large hall painted with frescos is the heart of the hotel. It features comfortable chairs and welcoming sofas. All guest rooms are spacious and individually furnished, their walls are painted in natural colours. They come with a bathroom with a hair-dryer, air-conditioning, a mini bar, a telephone, TV, a safe.
Breakfast is served at the dining room on the ground floor. The evening buffet comprises warm dishes, salads and specialties from Tuscany, all served in a simple, yet elegant atmosphere.
Buffet and lunch is served in the period of April 1st, until October 31st, 2010.
The Villa is ideal for all types of events: weddings, dinners, meetings, incentives, workshops, courses, tournaments, competitions, exhibitions...
The meeting room is situated in Tinaia, a spacious vaulted room seating up to 35 persons. The room is equipped with a video projector, broadband WLAN Internet access and VoIP telephony service.
The Villa offers a new wellness area, that is the ideal one for some relax moments and for sure, you can make a use of it after a day climbing the mountains of Chianti.
