Close to the "arc du triomphe", and a FNAC :) Clean room.

No Internet in the rooms. The internet available was only in the base floor, and from 10PM, you can't be there. You have to go into a specific room, unconfortable. Staff was not so friendly. They were competent, but not friendly. You have to leave a credit card "caution" Room too small. Too hot water, the cold water was not working quite well..

Location is good, not too far from the sub-way station. Staff more or less helpful and speak English.

I don't think this hotel should be rated as 4 star hotel. It's facilities are limited, and rooms too small. It's not good for people who need to spend much time in their rooms. It's designed only for people who will be out all day and just need a place to sleep and shower.

Lovely staff, friendly. Lovely hotel. Great neighborhood. Quaint market at the end of the street. Great location!

We were booked onto a room without a working airconditioner. We were changed to a room with a dirty/ molded bathroom and then finally changed to a clean room with a working a/c. However this took and entire day of our 4 day stay. 4 star hotels should know better.

Really enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was great! People were very nice. Metro stop right around the corner. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Hotel is blocks away from Champs and the Arc, not steps as indicated in hotel information site.
