Because Vancouver has such an international feel from its many residents, the city has an amazing food scene. Vancouver can provide visitors with a range of different types of food from Asian to pizza to traditional favorites.
Some of the newest favorites on the Vancouver food scene include the recent explosion of food trucks in the area. Visitors who are looking for delicious but inexpensive meals on the go can visit any of the food trucks like Roaming Dragon, Tacofino and Re-Up BBQ.

Arts and Culture
Vancouver is also home to a really thriving arts and culture scene as well in many of the theatres, museums and galleries that go around the city. The main museum district is located in the Kitsilano neighborhood which include the Vancouver Maritime Museum, the Vancouver Museum and the Museum of Anthropology at UBC.
Beyond museums, there is a great art, film, theatre and dance scene in Vancouver as well. Some of the fun festivals that the city holds each year that celebrates that art culture includes the Vancouver International Film Festival, the Vancouver Fringe Festival and the PuSH International Performing Arts Festival.
