spacious room and bath;
(neutral comment) typical business-style hotel as you see everywhere
I was worried about the safety conditions: I was in the 9th floor; the window from the third day on was locked; the escape stairs were blocked with other stuff, e.g. beds.

good bread at breakfast
No minibar pricelist available; impossible to switch off TV completely (waste of energy); first night no bathroom carpet (dangerous because of slippery floor after shower); internet connection in room failed more than once; breakfast really not good for a 4-star hotel!!! Coffee from a machine - no freshly brewed coffee - did not taste good at all; orange juice from a machine did not taste good at all - juice tasted like water, sorry...; second day breakfast there was no table available and no cutlery & fresh fruit salad tasted bitter...
