Very good value. Reality matches well the web descriptions . No unpleasant last minute "surprises", friendly & efficient staff. The special deal we were offered was fully respected. Very good choice for travelers interested in high quality lodging.

The beds are a joke of 90 centimeters width. Excuse me, I am not a teenager!!! Hotel was full of youngsters, not recommendable for an adult

The hotel is very convenient to the main N9 road from the airport and is close the U2 station. It is therefore a good location for touring in and around Munich

People were friendly and helpful.

We thought that the distance of the hotel from the U-Bahn was longer than 500m. The distance was important because we had relatives who had disabilities.

1) Hotel doesn't have own parking although signs are present for underground parking garage with hotel name. Moreover, the staff was not able to provide any usefull information on parking (e.g. parking fee & conditions, pay-points, etc.). The only alternative was to park in streets nearby. 2) The "free room upgrade" was a joke! It looked more like no upgrade at all! And if it was an upgrade, I wouldn't want to stay in the original room!!!

Friendly staff, no-fuzz check-in, but didn't use the credit card information I submitted using hotel.de. Clean and modern.

They tried to bill me for breakfast of 12 Euro p.P. without me having asked for it. But took it of the bill after I complained. The outside parking lot is still under construction.

Extremely Clean and friendly hotel

Prices in the bar too expensive. €3,90 for a beer . The same beer costs average €2,20 in the area ..Prefer breakfast price to be included

Good value for money. Modern newly built hotel at a good location - easy for driving and also OK for public transportation to hit Munich easily. Would certainly recommend the hotel.
