Generally a pleasant surprise of good value to low price.
Friendly environment, spacious room and lobby area, restaurant on premises, helpful staff.
Very noisy bathroom exhaust fan
dirt inside the a.c./heating unit (grit, dust) which made me uneasy using the a/c as it probably would blow outward. Staff obviously unaware it has to be cleaned inside; same for bathroom exhaust.
Business centre is outrageously expensive - even if it is not the hotel's property, it is ON hotel property. $30 per hour (0.50 per minute) for internet and office use is way beyond anything I have ever paid, even in Cuba and in various European countries.

quiet and confortable room.
Too expensif for the service you get. The staff is not very friendly or helpful. The price of the room should include a breakfast like the Travelodge in Montreal. The floor wasn't well vaccumed.

The park and fly functions was excellant.
On the way out it was fine. We booked it on the way back and had to be moved twice before we found a room where the temperature could be controlled at all. In the morning I had a shower in cold water. It took 15 minutes before the water became slightly warm. After 12 hours of airport delays and flights I certainly didn't appreciate moving from room to room to till midnight.
