£100 refundable deposit is also taken on arrival to cover any damages if any to the room as well as safe return of the keys. This is credited to your credit card once you have moved out.

The guesthouse has 5 rooms in total (of which 4 rooms are singles). It is located close to the station (just 1.0 km as the crow flies). It is well situated for the motorway. Those arriving by car can park free on the street outside the guesthouse. Free internet access is available in your room. No smoking rooms. Shared bathrooms and showers. Local laundrette nearby. No kitchen facility. All rooms are doubles but one room has been allocated for one single person only. All rooms have double beds in them. Every room has a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, mini grill/ oven, Sky TV. Breakfast starter pack is provided to all guests in the rooms. This consists of a selection of cereals and cereal bars, milk, fruit juice, bread, croissants/ scones, margarine, jam, cheese, biscuits, tea/coffee facility. If a guests credit card is declined, the guest must not contact me. Guests should supply their own credit cards where possible. If it is found that the guest is using this booking for visa purposes they will be reported.
