Nestled on the slopes of Montmartre, the hotel Timhotel Montmartre has one of the most desirable locaitons in Paris. Set beside a delightful chestnut tree square, it looks like a scene from an art postcard.
The rooms are pleasantly decorated and provide every comfort you could need. Among the amenities are a direct-dial phone and internet access. The air-conditioned superior rooms have been fully refurbished and provide outstanding panoramic views of Paris.

 Excellent location
  The public place in front of the hotel is a big potential for noise. In 2 of 3 nights some people were having a party there at 2 in the morning.

 Good room and beds, but be sure to state a double bed or twin. In our case a mistake was made. The location is really quite near the place du Tetre, sacre coeur and metro station. If you need a map, just ask reception. Parking lot nearby (5 minutes walk) costs 19,50 for 24 hours. It's expensive, but save. Ask the reception for the location. Quiet enough for a good night sleep.
  The hotel is situated on a small square at a narrow corner of rue ravignon and therefore hard to find by navigation. Look for the small square with trees and benches. Approach the hotel from the south west side, because one-way streets are very common in that part of mont martre.
