The hotel staff is very very friendly, they really make you feel welcome. The rooms were a little bit disappointing, we'd expect more from a luxury five star hotel. Still the overall stay in this hotel was very satisfactory.

Excellent location close to Marble Arch tube station at the end of Oxford Street. Right next to Hyde Park, shopping on Oxford Street and nightlife, bars and restaurants around Marble Arch. 5 stars for location.
Interior fairly typical for a central London business hotel (i.e. a bit dated) but by no means the worst I have seen, and perfectly adequate if you do intend to spend all your time inside the hotel. You also have to pay extra for wireless internet. 3 stars for interior.

The position of hotel is great, the service and the people that welcomes you is very good, you feel important, I like the pachage of shampoo, soap etc. It was something different than other hotels, a bit like spa stuff or aroma teraphy
The acces to the hotel is not so beatifull should change the carpet and add more plants, flowers water fauntain to make the ambiance less dry and more emotional. there was nothing on the fridge, could use a bathrob and slippers
