 Location.
  This hotel is more a youth hostel than a hote. Staff is incompetent and doesn't have the usual professional friendlyness one would expect in a hotel. Bathroom is absolutely unacceptable: no shelves to put stuff on (have to put all my stuff onto the floor). no hairdryer in the bathroom and no mirrow outside the bathroom. Further I think it is absolutely unacceptable that they don't accept cash payments and at the same time charge an extra credit card fee!

 value for money was great - and the location of the hotel in the city centre quiet good
