The hotel staff were very kind to upgrade me based on my Starwood status. The room was spectacular.

The king size beds are definitely much more comfortable than the double size beds.

The bed skirts are extremely dirty. I noticed this doing my exercises. The inner shower curtain could stand to be cleaner. However, for the most part the Westin is pretty clean and I will stay there again. |

Hotel Booker needs to make sure it passes along premier membership numbers to the hotel. Today when Hotel Booker is used, neither My Marriott or Starwoods numbers are ever passed along even though they were entered directly in the Hotel Booker tool |
