The hotel is in an excellent location, a short walk to Times Square and all major theatres. The bar off the lobby was a very nice spot to relax ... and with full wireless access.

There was road construction (at 01:00 am) which was very loud, so room was not very soundproof. |

Very well located and close from all attractions and city tours company in NYC.
Very closed from the AMTRAK station, fast food and restaurants.

The air conditioner machine is noisy during the nigth so could impact the sleeping phase.
The refrigerator is intelligent (I think) due to if you touch or take any of the beverages out and take it back again (I mean not decide to drink)the machine charge the fee in your credit card automatically, so you have to check your bill with the personal of lobby but they are very kind to support you and recognize the error. |

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is excellent. The service and food quality in the restaurant was terrific. And the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again for business or pleasure. |

Once again a hotel that says they have internet in the room - and then they want a fortune to get on. Why not say the have a 3 hour limo sight seeing or so much else - if price has nothing to do with their offerings. |
