It is located on one of the most significant thoroughfares in London - Park Lane, where it melts into the landmark Hyde Park Corner. Mayfair lies east of the hotel, Hyde Park to its west. Both are in view, while Knightsbridge and Piccadilly are five-minute walks. Heathrow airport is a 45-minute car journey, or 15 minutes by train. Gatwick, accessed by the Gatwick Express, operates from nearby Victoria station.
The hotel's sleek yet serene urban image combines soft whites, pear-wood panelling, suede upholstery and pure Egyptian cottons. Carefully selected pieces of antique Asian furniture introduce soft, Eastern accents.

Breakfast at the Metropolitan is taken in The White Room, a calm space in which to begin the day with a deliciously fresh menu. For private lunches or a reception The White Room remains one of our most popular venues.
In addition to a gym, we have 2 treatment rooms where you can indulge in Asian-inspired, holistic therapies. Treatments include shiatsu, reiki, reflexology and Thai massage as well as Environ facials, all delivered by experienced health professionals. In addition, we can arrange for private instruction in yoga or personal trainers.
