 Room is not big, but sufficient. Nice view on Nathanroad. Good bed and atmosphere/style of room very pleasant. Room well equipped. |

Good value for money. Central position.
Good location for site seeing and shopping.
Staff very helpful and freindly. Excellent transfer from airport to hotel via courtesy bus and train. Well organised and very clean.

| Non-smoking rooms really are not non smoking rooms. If you tell them non-smoking , they send a housekeeper that majically make it non smoking (really - this is no joke). The room would of been fine if I did not have to put up with the odor. |

| Hotel is charges for all extras including 30 HK $ for local calls, or 120 HK $ for using the Internet. The hotel floor look old and tired, the rooms are small (even for HK standard), no outside area to have a drink |

| "Breakfast Included" with price is deceiving on the website. Hotel was hesitant to honor the cost of Breakfast (advertised as "Breakfast Included", but did after a lengthy argument with the Hotel Clerk and Manager at checkout. |
