Well located with a good reception/foyer. The corridors were also well decorated.

Very well located for Victoria

| The email confirmation stated the price less VAT and yet stated it was the total price. What was charged to my account was the total price plus VAT. This was not good to find out after my stay when I received my statement. |

| When we got to our room on arrival there was a considerable amount of water leaking through the roof via the light-fittings! Receptions response was to ask if I wanted to change rooms then!!!! Then when the porter came to assist with the room change we showed him the flooded bathroom and his reaction was totally unconcerned. |
